Professional Practice Care Service Agreement

This Remote Managed Services Agreement, the incorporated website policies, and any associated order confirmation or Statement of Work ("SOW") govern the delivery of ongoing remote technology management and support provided by Nanicto LLC ("Nanicto", "we", "us") to clients ("Customer", "you").
1. Scope of Remote Services & Exclusions
Nanicto provides remote managed technology services only. Services are delivered via secure encrypted remote sessions and centralized management agents. Physical on-site visits, physical hardware repairs, replacement parts, custom software engineering, and third-party subscription license charges are explicitly excluded from standard scope.
2. Independent Provider Status
Nanicto LLC is an independent technology service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft, Apple, HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, or any other manufacturer referenced on our websites. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes.
3. Professional Practice Care Plans & Reference Pricing
Service tiers and included device allowances are established as follows (starting reference rates):
- Essential Care: Starting at $99.00/year (Includes up to 1 device; fixed 1-year term).
- Advanced Care: Starting at $199.00/year (Includes up to 2 devices; 1 to 10-year terms).
- Premium Care: Starting at $299.00/year (Includes up to 3 devices; 1 to 10-year terms).
- Family / Elite Care: Starting at $499.00/year (Includes up to 5 devices; additional devices at $49.00/device/year; 1 to 10-year terms).
* Final pricing depends on the devices, services, and scope included in your individual service agreement. Multi-year commitments receive pre-payment discounts (10% off for 3–4 years; 15% off for 5–10 years).
4. 10-Year Plan & Lifetime Nominee Benefit
The 10-year plan is a ten-year prepaid service entitlement. The descriptive label "Lifetime with Named Nominees" means the customer may designate named nominees who may succeed to the customer's unused portion of the prepaid ten-year entitlement following the customer's death. It is a succession feature, not an unlimited or perpetual service obligation.
5. Fair Use Policy
Nanicto's managed services provide ongoing management and technical support within the selected scope. Fair use means reasonable use consistent with the covered devices and service tier. Fair use is not a hidden hourly cap; Nanicto will not use this policy to avoid performing services expressly included in the written scope. Work requested outside contracted scope will be scoped and quoted transparently in advance.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
15-Day Refund Window: Service cancellations may be requested within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Agreement Sent Date / Service Start Date. If diagnostics, system configuration, or remote technical assistance has already been delivered, a standard labor fee of USD $99.00 per serviced device will be deducted from any refund.
Digital Software Licenses: Product keys, digital licenses, and third-party SaaS seats are strictly non-refundable once issued or activated. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through written notice and informal discussion.
