We use collected information strictly to perform our remote service obligations, monitor and protect registered client workstations, process payments, verify identities during support calls, and improve remote support efficiency. We do not sell or share client data with marketing networks.
3. Data Retention
We retain system telemetry, support tickets, invoice confirmations, and signed agreement records only as long as necessary to provide service, satisfy corporate accounting, and defend transaction billing. Customer connection logs and ticket history are retained for service verification purposes.
